Chicken florentine bake

1 cup | frozen spinach |
2 cups | deli rotisserie chicken |
8 oz | fresh mozzarella divided |
1 1/2 cups | whole milk |
1 10oz container | italian cooking creme |
1 large | egg |
1 4 oz jar | diced pimentos drained |
3/4 cup | deli roasted tomatoes |
1 cup | quartered artichoke hearts drained |
1 cup | sliced mushrooms |
16 oz | gnocchi |
Preheat oven to 400
Thaw spinach
Combine in large bowl spinach, milk, cooking creme, egg, pimentos abd 1 cup of cheese.
Stir in chicken, tomatoes, artichokes, mushrooms, and gnocchi.
Transfer to 9x13 baking dish and cover with foil
Bake 25-30 minutes
Uncover and top with remaining cheese
Bake another 10-15 minutes or until bubbly and cheese melts
