    1 cup  frozen spinach
    2 cups  deli rotisserie chicken
    8 oz  fresh mozzarella divided
    1 1/2 cups  whole milk
    1 10oz container  italian cooking creme
    1 large  egg
    1 4 oz jar  diced pimentos drained
    3/4 cup  deli roasted tomatoes
    1 cup  quartered artichoke hearts drained
    1 cup  sliced mushrooms
    16 oz  gnocchi

Preheat oven to 400
Thaw spinach
Combine in large bowl spinach, milk, cooking creme, egg, pimentos abd 1 cup of cheese.
Stir in chicken, tomatoes, artichokes, mushrooms, and gnocchi.
Transfer to 9x13 baking dish and cover with foil
Bake 25-30 minutes
Uncover and top with remaining cheese
Bake another 10-15 minutes or until bubbly and cheese melts
