Asian Flank Steak Skewers These always go fast at every gathering, so you may want to make a lot. Servings: 6 servings • Cooking Time: 10 minutes • Points: 4 ww points 5points+
    1 1/2 lbs  flank steak, slicked thin
    1 1/2 cups  soy sauce
    2 cloves  minced garlic
    1 tsp  fresh ginger
    1 tsp  sesame oil

Soak wooden skewers in water about 20 minutes to prevent burning. Marinate the steak in all the ingredients for about 1 hour or more. Thread the sliced steak onto the skewers and grill on a high flame until done.
