Flaxseed Bread

    1pkg  yeast
    2 tbsp  warm water
    1 1/4 c  warm water
    3 tbsp  honey
    1 tbsp  oil
    1 c  flaxseed meal
    3 c  whole wheat flour

In large bowl dissolve yeast in 2 tbsp water. Let stand 5 minutes. Add oil, honey, and water. Stir til dissolved. Add flaxseed meal, and 1 c flour. Mix well. Keep adding flour to make a soft dough. Knead 10 minutes til dough is elastic and smooth. Shape the dough and place in a loaf pan coated in cooking spray. Let rise til doubled in size, about 30 min- 1 hr.bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes. Loaf is done when browned on top and sounds hollow when tapped.
