| 400 gr | azúcar |
| 600 gr | avena, licuada hasta convertirla en polvo |
| 340 gr | chocolate , chispas |
| 400 gr | azucar moscabado |
| 14 gr | sal |
| 4 | huevos |
| 28 gr | royal |
| 28 gr | vainilla |
| MODO DE PREPARACION | |
| 1.- Horno precalentado a 180° | |
| 2.- Acremar mantequilla con las 2 azúcares | |
| 3.- Agregar los huevos y la vainilla a esa mezcla | |
| 4.- Aparte se mezcla la harina, el bicarbonato, la avena, la sal, y el royal. | |
| 5.- A MANO SE AMASA CON LA MANTEQUILLA ACREMADA Y SE LE AGREGAN LAS CHISPAS DE CHOCOLATE. | |
| 6.- Se forman bolas de 52 gr. y se colocan en las charolas (12 por charola) | |
| 7.- Se hornea por 10 min. (ni un minuto mas) | |
