Smothered Steak

| beef broth lipton onion powder tenderizer cream of mushroom | |

Directions
1. Sprinkle tenderizer on steak and sear on both sides in vegetable oil.
2. Turn down the heat and add a small amount of soy, water and beef broth.
3. Add a small amount of onion powder.
4. Once meat is tender & cooked through, drain oil.
5. Add onion slices, bell pepper & cream of mushroom.
6. Add sour cream.
7. Put in the oven and cook slowly.
8. Serve on bed of rice.
