Broccoli Cheese Soup - Deb Rydberg

| 1-2 heads | broccoli, (broccoli Wokley) |
| 8-10 cups | water |
| 5 | chicken bouillon cubes |
| 1 large | onion |
| Boil for 12-15 minutes. Thicken with corn starch (1/2 cup dissolved in water) | |
| 1 lb. | Velveeta, cubes |
| 2 8 oz. Cream cheese - cubed | |
| 1 cup | butter |
Melt butter and cheeses in separate pan. Fold the two mixtures together. Ready to eat! YUM!
