Broccoli Cheese Soup - Deb Rydberg

8-10 cups | water |
5 | chicken bouillon cubes |
1 large | onion |
Boil for 12-15 minutes. Thicken with corn starch (1/2 cup dissolved in water) | |
1 lb. | Velveeta, cubes |
2 8 oz. Cream cheese - cubed | |
1 cup | butter |
Melt butter and cheeses in separate pan. Fold the two mixtures together. Ready to eat! YUM!
