Ingredienti:1 o 2 petti di pollo - 500 gr. di asparagi - 2 uova sode - salsa tonnata (come da ricettario base)
Lessare il petto di pollo nel cestello 30' Varoma Vel. 4, nel frattempo posizionare gli asparagi nel vassoio per la cottura a vapore. Al termine della cottura adagiare il pollo a tocchetti condito con salsa tonnata in un piatto di portata con asparagi e uova sode.
