3/4 c | skim milk |
1/2 c | fine corn flour |
1/2 c | white whole wheat flour |
1 t | baking powder |
1 cup | corn, fresh or thawed |
2 | egg whites |
1 T | honey |
Preheat to 350. Cook milk @ hi heat until bubbling on edges.
Flours and powder in lg bowl. Add corn and egg whites honey and milk. Pour into muffin tin 3/4 way for 9 muffins. Bake 10-12
