2.5 t | arrowroot |
2/3 cup | grated Parmesan |
1/4 cup | low fat sour cream |
1/8 t | nutmeg, ground |
1/8 t | ground white pepper |
Whisk milk and arrowroot. Cook over med until simmers and thickens, about 3 mins. Remove from heat, add cheese, stir until melted. Whisk in yogurt, nutmeg and pepper.
