    1 cup  low fat milk
    2.5 t  arrowroot
    2/3 cup  grated Parmesan
    1/4 cup  low fat sour cream
    1/8 t  nutmeg, ground
    1/8 t  ground white pepper

Whisk milk and arrowroot. Cook over med until simmers and thickens, about 3 mins. Remove from heat, add cheese, stir until melted. Whisk in yogurt, nutmeg and pepper.
