Overnight Blueberry French Toast

1 loaf (8 oz) | French baguette, cut into 1 inch slices |
4 | eggs |
2 cups | milk |
1/2 cup | packed brown sugar |
1 tsp | vanilla extract |
1 tsp | ground cinnamon |
2 cups | fresh or frozen blueberries |
1/4 cup | butter |

1/4 cup | packed brown sugar |
Arrange bread in greased 9x13 inch baking dish. In large bowl, together eggs, milk, the 1/2 cup brown sugar, vanilla and cinnamon. Pour mixture evenly over bread; turn slices as needed to coat completely. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Just before baking, sprinkle berries over bread. Heat butter with the 1/4 cup brown sugar in small saucepan over medium heat until bubbly. Drizzle over berries. Bake in 375 degree oven for 25 to 35 minutes until set. Dust with powdered sugar.
Makes 8-10 servings.
