Blueberry Yoghurt Muffins ( Lily Bouchard)

2 cups | plain yoghurt |
2 teaspoon | baking soda |
1 1/2 cups | brown sugar |
2 | eggs |
1/2 cup | vegetable oil |
1/2 cup | apple sauce |
2 cups | all bran |
2 teaspoon | vanilla |
2 cups | plain flour |
2 teaspoon | bakingpowder |
2/2 teaspoon | salt |
2 cups | blueberry |
Preheat oven to 160 degree celcius
Line 2 X 12 muffin tins with paper cups
Bowl1: mix yoghurt & baking soda
Bowl2: mix flour, baking powder & salt
Bowl3: beat sugar, eggs, oil, apple sauce
Mix in bran & vanilla
Add flour, mix well
Add yoghurt & blueberry
Fill lined muffin tins
Bake for 25-30 minutes
