Tips: Use old eggs (10days old) Wipe utensils with vinegar Use corn flour, cream of tartar and 2 teaspoon of vinegar Add sugar slowly Bake at 130 degree C for 1+1/2 hours
    6  egg whites
    1/4 teaspoon  salt
    1/4 teaspoon  cream of tartar
    2 cups  caster sugar
    1 tablespoon  cornflour
    1 tablespoon  malt vinegar
    2 teaspoon  vanilla essence

Beat eggs, salt & cream of tartar till soft peak forms
Slowly add sugar (mixture should be thick & glassy)
Fold in the remaining ingredients
Bake at 140C for 1&1/2 hours or until crisp
Cool
