Swedish Meatballs - Slow Cooker

1-1/2 lb | Ground Beef, Lean |
1 lb | Ground Pork |
1 cup | Onions, chopped fine |
1-1/2 cup | Bread Crumbs |
2 tbsp | Parsley, minced |
2 | Eggs, lightly beaten |
1 cup | Milk, fat-free |
2 tbsp | Worcestershire Sauce |
1 tsp | Garlic Powder |
1/4 tsp | Black Pepper |
4 tbsp | Canola Oil |
Shape beef, pork, onions, bread crumbs, parsley, eggs, milk, worcestershire sauce, salt, garlic powder and pepper into walnut-sized balls.
Brown in skillet over medium heat. Place in several 4-quart slow coolers. Cover and cook on high 15 minutes. Pour gravy of your choice over meatballs.
Cover, reduce heat to low, and cook 4-5 hours.
Serve with egg noodles and a salad for a filling supper.
