Swedish Meatballs - Slow Cooker

    1-1/2 lb  Ground Beef, Lean
    1 lb  Ground Pork
    1 cup  Onions, chopped fine
    1-1/2 cup  Bread Crumbs
    2 tbsp  Parsley, minced
    2  Eggs, lightly beaten
    1 cup  Milk, fat-free
    2 tbsp  Worcestershire Sauce
    1 tsp  Garlic Powder
    1/4 tsp  Black Pepper
    4 tbsp  Canola Oil

Shape beef, pork, onions, bread crumbs, parsley, eggs, milk, worcestershire sauce, salt, garlic powder and pepper into walnut-sized balls.

Brown in skillet over medium heat. Place in several 4-quart slow coolers. Cover and cook on high 15 minutes. Pour gravy of your choice over meatballs.

Cover, reduce heat to low, and cook 4-5 hours.

Serve with egg noodles and a salad for a filling supper.
