Tatziki Sauce

2 medium | cucumbers, peeled and seeded |
2 cups | greek yogurt |
1 clove | garlic, smashed |
1 T | dill, finely minced |
1 T | mint, finely minced |
1/8 t | sea salt |
1/4 t | pepper |
1/4 t | red wine vinegar |
finely grate cucumbers and place in center of clean cloth. gather sides and twist to wring out water until dry. in bowl,gently fold cucumbers into yogurt. mix in rest of ingredients.
