    1 1/3 c  dry champagne
    3 T  sherry vinegar
    1 Clove  garlic, minced
    3  green onions, chopped
    2 T  chopped chives
    1 T  minced parsley
    1 T  lemon juice
    Pinch  red pepper flakes
    1/3 c  butter
    1/2 c  fine bread crumbs
16 fresh oysters on 1/2 shell
      Rock salt

In small saucepan, sauté champagne, vinegar, onion and garlic over high heat until most of the liquid has evaporated.
Remove from heat and cool.
In food processor, blend chives, parsley, lemon juice, pepper flakes and butter.
Add champagne mix and blend 1 min.
Line baking dish with 1/4" thick rock salt. Arrange oysters on salt. Spoon 1 tsp mix over each oyster and sprinkle with bread crumbs.
Broil 4 mins, until bubbly.
