VARIATIONS:

MAPLE NUT COOKIES: Add 1 tsp lemon extract and 1 cup nuts.

LEMON COCONUT COOKIES: Add 1 tsp lemon extract and 1 cup coconut flakes.

CHOCOLATE DROP COOKIES: Add 1 tsp vanilla extract, 1 cup chocolates and 1/2 cup chopped nuts

RAISIN DROP COOKIES: Add 1 tsp vanilla extract and 1 cup raisins.
