| 300g | de polvilho azedo |
| 1,2kg | de queijo minas meia cura |
| Sal a gosto 4un de ovos | |
| 100g | de manteiga |
| 500ml | de leite |
Modo de fazer:
Misture os polvilhos, acrescente o queijo, depois o sal.
Junte manteiga, ovos e o leite aos poucos.
Enrole e congele.
Assar por 30 minutos.
