Prawn madras

400g | chopped tomatoes |
1/2 tsp | cayenne pepper1 tsp gar am masala |
400g | large raw peeled prawns |
1tsp | caster sugar |
Juice 1/2 lime | |
Small bunch | fresh coriander |
Pour sauce into large frying pan and bring to simmer. Add tomatoes, pepper and garam masala and simmer for 5-8 mins. Add prawns, sugar and lime and simmer for 5 mins until prawns are pink.
