    1 portion  curry sauce
    400g  chopped tomatoes
    1/2 tsp  cayenne pepper1 tsp gar am masala
    400g  large raw peeled prawns
    1tsp  caster sugar
Juice 1/2 lime
    Small bunch  fresh coriander

Pour sauce into large frying pan and bring to simmer. Add tomatoes, pepper and garam masala and simmer for 5-8 mins. Add prawns, sugar and lime and simmer for 5 mins until prawns are pink.
