Mushrooms spicy - Rosemary

1tbsp | lemon juice |
1tsp | fresh chopped parsley |
1tsp | fresh chopped chives |
2cloves | garlic |
1small | onion |

2 | chicken stock cubes |
7floz hot water
Oven gas4/180C/350F. Serves 4
Wash and trim mushrooms leaving stalks in place. Put in oven proof dish with stalks upwards. Sprinkle with lemon juice, parsley,chives, crushed garlic and peeled and grated onion. Season well.
Dissolve stock cube in the hot water and pour around mushrooms. Bake for 20 mins and serve immediately in pre heated small dishes.
