    1lb  mushrooms
    1tbsp  lemon juice
    1tsp  fresh chopped parsley
    1tsp  fresh chopped chives
    2cloves  garlic
    1small  onion
      Salt
      pepper
    2  chicken stock cubes

7floz hot water

Oven gas4/180C/350F. Serves 4

Wash and trim mushrooms leaving stalks in place. Put in oven proof dish with stalks upwards. Sprinkle with lemon juice, parsley,chives, crushed garlic and peeled and grated onion. Season well.

Dissolve stock cube in the hot water and pour around mushrooms. Bake for 20 mins and serve immediately in pre heated small dishes.
