6 | eggs |
1 tin | sugar |
1 dessertspoon pepper and cumin seeds roasted and pounded | |
300 gms | ghee or gingerly oil |
2 tins | black pea powder, roasted |
2 tins | rice flour, roasted |
Method
Mix in a basin, sugar,pepper and cumin, black peas powder and rice flour.
Beat eggs and mix gently with above ingredients.
Heat frying pan, add mixed ingredients and add ghee little by little and fry till it becomes like breadcrumbs. Remove from heat. Allow to cool and keep in airtight container. Can be kept for a month.
