Strawberry Cheese Ring

| 1 pound | Sharp Cheddar Cheese |
| 1 cup | Pecans, (chopped) |
| 3/4 cup | Mayonnaise |
| 1 medium | Onion, (grated) |
| 1 clove | Garlic, (pressed) |
| 1/2 teaspoon | Tabasco |
| 1 cup | Strawberry Preserves |
Instructions
1. Combine all ingredients except strawberry preserves and mix well.
2. Mold into a ball or a ring.
3. Cover with strawberry preserves.
4. Serve with crackers.
