Mint Chocolate Drizzles Preheat oven to 350 degrees (325 for glass). Grease 9x13” pan. Cookie Layer | |

Melt chocolate and butter together and then cool. Beat eggs and sugar until thick in medium bowl. Add flour and chocolate mixture. Pour batter into pan. Bake 20 minutes and then cool. Mint Cream Filling | |
1½ cups | powdered sugar?1 ½ Tablespoons milk |
3 Tablespoons butter – softened?¾ teaspoon peppermint extract Beat together until smooth. Add few drops of green food coloring. Spread evenly over cooled cookie layer. Chill until firm – about 1 hour. Top Drizzle Layer | |
