- Découper les oignons dans le quick chef.
- Poser les oignons et le poulet en dés dans l’ultra plus et cuire 4 minutes à 750 W.
- Ajouter les poivrons en dés et bien mélanger. Remettre au four 8 minutes à 750 W.
- Ajouter le ketchup et cuire 6 minutes.
