Ginger Snaps with Pumpkin Dip

4 ounces | cream cheese |
1 cup confectioner’s sugar | |
1 cup | canned pumpkin puree |
½ teaspoon | ground cinnamon |
¼ teaspoon | ground ginger |
Gingersnap cookies
Directions
Place the cream cheese in a medium bowl and beat with an electric mixer on medium speed for 2 minutes, or until smooth. Add the confectioners’ sugar and mix for 1 minute, or until incorporated. Add the pumpkin, cinnamon, and ginger and mix for 2 minutes, or until completely combined.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Transfer the pumpkin dip to a cute serving bowl, put the bowl in the center of a plate and arrange the gingersnaps around the bowl.
