<RecipeText>1) Rice(cooked) 2 cups
2) Red kidney beans (rajma)1/2 cup
3) Oil 2 tablespoons
4) Onion(chopped) 1 large
5) Tomatoes(chopped) 2 medium
6) Green capsicum(chopped) 1 medium
7) Salt to taste
8) Lemon juice 1 tablespoon
9) Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon
10) Crushed red chillies 1 teaspoon
11) Mixed herbs 2 teaspoons

Method:

1.Mix all the ingredients for the cajun spice mix.
2. Heat oil in a deep pan.
3. Add onion and saute till translucent.
4. Add tomatoes and green capsicum.
5. Saute for two minutes, add cajun spice mix and boiled kidney beans.
6. Mix well. Add rice, salt and lemon juice and mix well.
7. Cook till the rice is heated through.
