Ingredients: 400 gms mince meat | |
1 tsp | chopped Ginger |
5 tsp | chopped green chillies |
1/4 cup | chopped coriander |
1 tsp | garam masala |
1 tsp | red chilli |
1 tsp | oil |
Salt to taste |
Method:
1.Squeeze minced meat in a dry cloth to remove excess water.
2.Mix all the above ingredients except oil and knead well.
3.Then divide the mixture into 8 equal portions and make balls.
4.Spread the balls onto the skewers using wet hand.
5.Press evenly to get kebabs of 6 inches lengths.
6.Roast in a moderately hot tandoor for 7-8 minutes or in a pre-heated oven for 10 minutes at 175*C.
7.Brush with oil and roast for another 2 minutes.
