| 1 lb | ground beef |
| 1 package | taco seasoning |
| 1 pack | puff pastry sheets, thawed |
| 1 | egg |
| 1 cup | shredded cheddar |
Cook beef, add taco seasoning
Stir egg and 1 tbsp water in bowl
Cut pastry in 8 squares
Place beef on pastry, sprinkle with cheese, fold over and seal. Brush with egg.
Cook in oven at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
