Velveeta Fudge

    1/2 lb.  Velveeta pasteurized cheese spread cubed
    1 cup  Parkay margarine
    2 lbs.  Powdered Sugar
    1/2 cup  Cocoa
    2 cups  chopped pecans, (optional or less than 2)
    1 tsp.  Vanilla

Heat Velveeta and margarine in a 3 quart saucepan over low heat, stirring occasionally until Velveeta is melted. Gradually add combined sighed sugar and cocoa, stirring until smooth. Add pecans and vanilla; mix well. Spread into greased 13 x 9 inch square pan. Cover. Chill. Cut into squares.

Microwave: Microwave processed cheese spread and margarine in 4quart glass bowl or casserole on high for 3 minutes or until melted.
