<RecipeText>1. Émietter la levure. Ajouter 3 cs d&apos;eau tiède et 1 pincée de sucre. Laisser reposer 15 minutes pour qu&apos;elle s&apos;active.
2. Disposer la farine dans un saladier, repartir le sel sur les bords puis verser la levure au milieu.
3. Ajouter le sucre l&apos;huile puis progressivement l&apos;eau tiède.
4. Mélanger à l&apos;aide d&apos;une fourchette.
5. Pétrir la pâte pendant 5 à 10 minutes. Ajouter un peu d&apos;eau ou de carie si il le faut.
