Baked Potatoes

| 2 T | butter |
| 1/2 pint | sour cream |
Bake potatoes, wrapped in aluminum foil, at 350 degrees for 1 hour, 15 minutes or until done. Or poke holes in potatoes with a fork and bake in microwave for 10 minutes or until done. Serve with butter and sour cream.
