Cook pasta of choice; elbow, bowtie, farfalle work well. In skillet, brown 1lb of breakfast sausage, onion, garlic. Season with black pepper, seasoning salt or your choice. Add butter or olive oil to lightly coat pasta. Add cooked pasta and toss well. Partially brown pasta then add several fresh eggs and toss until cooked. Serve with chipotle Tabasco, shredded cheddar, parmesan ... or ketchup for the child that must have American red sauce on everything. Try spicing it up with crushed red leper, aleppo, Old Bay or other. Ingredients: | |
