1 qt | rhubarb, diced |
1 qt | onions, finely cut |
1 pint | vinegar |
1 lb | brown sugar |
1 tsp | salt |
1 tsp | pepper |
1 tsp | whole cloves |
1 tsp | whole alspice |
Cook rhubarb and onions in vinegar for about 20 minutes. Add sugar, salt, pepper, and the spices which have tied in a spice bag. Boil half an hour longer. Bottle
