Tagliare la zucca e la patata e far cuocere in forno a 180 per circa 40 minuti. Sbucciare mettere in una pentola e coperte con il brodo, far cuocere per un'altra mezz'ora. Frullare il tutto e aggiungere 2 3 cucchiai di panna. Regolare sale e pepe.
Se durante la cottura si asciuga troppo aggiungere brodo.
