<RecipeText>Directions:
Mix the butter and sugar together and sieve in the flour.
put in a baking tray, making sure it is evenly spread.
bake
caramel - mix together all ingredients on low heat for about 10 minutes. make sure you stir all the time. then pour it over base and let it cool.
melt chocolate over low heat and put on top.
let cool.
