1 cup | Melted butter, (crust) |
3 cups | Chocolate cookie crumb, (Crust) |
4 tbsp | Sugar, (crust) |
48 oz | Cream cheese |
2 cup | Sugar |
1/2 cup | Flour, (all purpose) |
2 tsp | Vanilla |
4 | Egg yolk |
1 | Whole egg |
1 cup | Milk |
2 jars(26) | oz Nutella |
1 cup | Heavy cream, (topping) |
1 1/2 cups | Chocolate chips, (topping) |
1 1/2 cup | Toasted hazelnuts, (topping) |
Preparation
Preheat oven @350 combine crust ingredients,pat jn bottom of spring form,bake for 10 minutes. Beat cream cheese sugar,flour and vanilla until just blended . Add egg and yolks until mixed. Add milk and nutella and mix. Pour mix into springform and reduce oven to 300. Place spring form into a deep pan and put on the oven ,add water to pan ,half way the side of spring form. Bake for 90 minutes or until center appears set.
