Molasses Ginger Cookies

| 2 cups | sugar |
| 1 cup | shortening |
| 1/2 cup | molasses |
| 2 | eggs |
| 2 tsp | baking soda |
| 2 tsp | Ginger |
| 1 tsp | cloves |
| 1 tsp | cinnamon |
| 3 1/2 cups | flour |
Cream sugar and shortening until fluffy
Add molasses and eggs
Add small amounts of dry ingredients at a time
Form into 1'' balls and roll in sugar
Bake @ 350F for 15 minutes
