Grandma hogans chocolate brownies

| 1 cup | sugar |
| 1/4 cup | milk |
| 1/4 cup | butter |
| 1/4 cup | coco |
| 1 box | chocolate fudge brownies, (ingredients on box also) |
| 1 teaspoon | vanilla |
Cook brownies as box instructions let cool then cut in med. Saucepan put sugar milk and butter melt butter bring to a boil let boil for 1 min. (watch carefully) take off put in vanilla and coco stir till gets thick pour over brownies (when you take off stove put in a pot of cold water)
