Meat Loaf

Total time: 1 1/2 hours

| 2 lb | ground beef |
| 1/2 large | green pepper, diced |
| 1/2 large | onion, diced |
| 1 | egg |
| 1/2 c. | oatmeal |
| 1/4 c. | milk |
| 1 c. | tomato sauce |
| salt & pepper to taste | |
| Topping: | |
| 1 c. | tomato sauce |
| 1 Tbsp. | vinegar |
| 2 Tbsp. | brown sugar |
| 1 tsp. | prepared mustard |
Mix loaf ingredients together. Place in loaf pan or shape into loaf & place on a broiler pan.
Mix together topping ingredients & pour over loaf.
Bake at 350F for 1 hour & 15 minutes to 1 hour & 30 minutes.
