1clove | garlic |
1/4 tsp | dried peppers |
1/4 tsp | oregano |
1/4 tsp | achiote |
1/8 tsp | smoked paprika |
1 tsp | dried onions |
1/8 tsp | coriander seed |
1/8 tsp | cocoa |
Toast coriander ,cumin,peppers & onion. Cool & place in grinder with ingredients except garlic. Sweat & mince garlic. Grind rest of ingredients & add to food w/ garlic
