Beer Brisket

2 large | onions sliced |
1 beef brisket 3 to 4 pounds, trimmed of fat | |
3 pounds | beef, brisket |
12 oz | beer |
1/2 cup | bottled chilli sauce |
1 teaspoon | steak sauce |
Place oninons in slow cooker. Top with meat. If necessary cut beef to fit in cooker. Mix beer, chili sauce and steak seasoning. Pour over onions in cooker. Cover and cook on low 10 to 12 hours. Remove meat from cooking liquid. Thinly slice meat across the grain. Use slotted spoon to remove onions from cooking liquid and place on top of meat. Drizzle with some liquid.
