1 c. | cold water |
1 c. | milk |
4 | eggs |
1/2 tsp | salt |
1 1/2 c. | flour |
4 T | melted butter |
Place flour in a mixing bowl. Whisk in liquids. Add eggs and butter and whisk them in.
Set skillet over medium heat. Pour in about 1/4 c. of liquid & cook crepe on both sides.
