    3 tbsp  butter
    1/4 cup(s)  flour
    2 tsp  chopped garlic
    1 1/2 cup(s)  milk
    1/2 cup(s)  wine
    1/2 tsp  salt
    1/4 tsp  pepper
    1/8 tsp  hot pepper sauce
    2  eggs
    1/4 cup(s)  parmesan
    1/2 cup(s)  chopped parsley
    15 oz  ricotta cheese
    4 oz  sliced pimento or tomatilloe

    12 med  shrimp
    8 oz  other sea food
    3 cup(s)  shredded swiss cheese
    1 cup(s)  fresh parsley
    1  lemon
    8 oz  mushrooms

Cook noodles. Melt butter. Stir in flour and garlic. Stir in milk.
Cook. Stir in sauce ingredients. In small bowl, slightly beat eggs.
Stir in remaining ingred. Greas 9 x 13 dish and layer noodles, ricotta
and all. Top with remaining sauce and cheese. Cover. Bake 25 min.
uncover and bake 20 min.. .One normal One small make more sauce
