Salmon with sundried tomatoes

4 T. | fresh parsley, minced |
3 tbsp | dried tomatoes minced |
1/4 cup(s) | olive oil |
3-4 clove | garlic |
1/3 tsp | salt |
3 lb. | salmon fillet |
crush garlic. Sprinkle with salt + grind to a pulp.
Combine all
ingredients.
Cover and refrigerate for a while or overnight. Put slits
in salmon.
Spread 1\2mixture on.
Cook on medium barbecue for 15 min.
Spread rest on fillet. Close lid and grill for 10 more minutes on high
