Pickled asparagus

1 tsp | pickling spice |
3 cup(s) | water |
2 cloves | vinegar |
1 tbsp | pickling salt |
3 cloves | garlic |

Cut spears to 3 3/4 inch long. Remove any cloves in pickling spice.
ombine all ing. in pan and bring to boil. Pack spears tips down, with 1/2
inch headspace. Add clove of garlic to each jar. Pour vinegar mix over
asparagus. Process for 15 min.
