<RecipeText>Fouettez les jaunes d&apos;œufs avec le sucre et incorporez les blancs montés en neige ferme avec 1 pincee de sel.
Disposez les biscuits côté à côté sur un plat rectangulaire pouvant aller au four. Demoulez la glace très froide sur les biscuits alignés.
Préchauffez le four a 270°C. Recouvrez la glace de la préparation aux oeufs. Enfournez pour 5 min. Arrosez de 5 cl de rhum tiédi et flambez devant les convives.
