<RecipeText>Étapes1Préchauffer le four à 400°F (200°C).2Ajouter le son au lait et laisser reposer 5 minutes pour ramollir.3Ramollir la margarine en la battant légèrement. Ajouter le sucre et mélanger. Ajouter l&apos;oeuf battu.4Ajouter le mélange margarine-sucre au mélange son-lait. Mélanger mais ne pas battre.5Dans un autre bol, mélanger ensemble la farine, la poudre à pâte et le sel.6Incorporer les ingrédients secs aux ingrédients humides sans trop mélanger. Il faut humecter délicatement.7Remplir au 3/4 des moules à muffins graissés.8Placer sur la grille du centre et cuire à 400°F (200°C) de 12 à 15 minutes.
