- Bring water to a boil
- Add eggs
- adding eggs to vigorously boiling water helps with peeling the eggs when done. Placing eggs in cold water and bringing to a boil makes them harder to peel.
Soft boiled: 2-3 min
Medium boiled: 3-8 min
Hard boiled: 12 min
Place eggs in ice water bath for 15 min
Peel and use.
