Sausage Egg Casserole

1 pound | mildly seasoned pork sausage |
6 | eggs |
2 cups | milk |
1-teaspoon | salt |
1 teaspoon | dried mustard |
¼ teaspoon | cayenne pepper |
4 slices | white bread, cubed |
1 cup | grated sharp Cheddar cheese |
Sauté ad drain. Beat eggs with milk, salt, mustard, and cayenne pepper. Layer bread sausage and cheese in 9 x 13 baking dish. Pour egg mixture over ingredients in casserole. Chill overnight. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serves 6 to 8
