Vidalia Onion Pie (Jerry's)

| 1 9" pie shell | |
| 4 med. | Visalia onions, thinly sliced |
| 1 stick | butter |
| 3 | eggs, beaten |
| 1 c. | Sour cream |
| 1/4 tsp. | Salt |
| 1/2 tsp. | Pepper |
| Dash | Tabasco |
| Grated Parmesan cheese | |
Sauté onion in butter. Combine eggs & sour cream; add to onion mixture. season with salt, pepper & Tabasco. Pour into unbaked 9" pie shell; sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake at 450 for 20 mins., reduce heat to 325 and bake an address. 20 minutes.
