1/2 c | sliced celery |
1 small | onion chopped |
16 oz can | bean sprouts |
14 1/2 oz | beef broth |
2 T | soy sauce |
1 t | Ginger |
Mushrooms and water chestnuts optional | |
2 T | cornstarch |
2 T | water |
Hot cook rice | |
Rice noodles |
Sauté celery in olive oil. Add ground beef and onion. Stir in soy sauce, broth, ginger and bean sprouts. Simmer covered for 15 minutes until celery is tender. In small bowl, combine corn starch and water. Add to chow mien and stir until thickened. Serve over rice and put rice noodles on top.
